Ultrasonic Cleaning

PLACE DIRTY ITEMS IN THE ULTRASONIC BATH AND WATCH THE DIRT LITERALLY STREAM OUT FROM EVERY NICHE AND CREVICE!

In seconds, dirt is removed with no effort on your part. Previously, this would have demanded serious amounts of “elbow grease”. There is no risk of wear or harm to the surface of the item as old fashion scrubbing often represented. There is no smearing, no missed spots and a lesser chance of items being damaged or broken due to rough handling that may occur in conventional cleaning. The item is placed in the bath and the dirt is attacked immediately from all angles and directions. For most items, cleaning is accomplished in a minute or two and your job is finished. It’s fast, effective and easy.

Ultrasonic cleaning is the application of mechanical sound waves about the audible range of 18,000 cycles per second, to a cleaning process. Ultrasonics is applied to cleaning via three basic elements: a generator, a transducer and a cleaning tank containing water and cleaning chemicals. The generator produces approximately 40 kilocycles of high-frequency electrical energy that the transducer transforms into mechanical energy. The sound waves enter the
liquid and tiny bubbles begin to form, and then implode (collapse) repeatedly. It is this collapsing action, known as CAVIATION, which lifts the contamination off the surface of the object being cleaned.
